ABOUT US

Attorney Madeleine Moreno received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA and bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Bar Association. She is licensed to practice before the First Circuit Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court, the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Department of Labor and U. S. consular offices anywhere in the U.S. While in law school, Attorney Moreno received the MA Bar Foundation Legal Intern Fellowship Award.

Attorney Moreno believes that the legal community has a responsibility to ensure that all individuals have access to legal representation. She has provided pro bono services since 2005 to Friendly House, Inc. in the City of Worcester. In 2009 and 2010 the MA Bar Foundation awarded the IOLTA grant to Friendly House's Immigration Aid Initiative for Moreno Law Office, LLC to increase the representation and advocacy on behalf of low income individuals in Massachusetts. Attorney Moreno also continues to work closely with Centro Las Americas, Ascentria Care Alliance, local churches and other non-profit agencies in the New England Area to provide representation to indigent clients at a reduced cost.
